I had purchased a new new Nissan Versa. The exact model was like finding a needle in a haystack. I was very specific as to what type of options I wanted...for the price I wanted. Both Alex Ortiz and Barry was like finding a needle in a haystack. I was very specific as to what type of options I wanted...for the price I wanted. Both Alex Ortiz and Barry Pugh were very pleasant to work with. They were truthful and honest to me. I can honestly say I will be purchasing my cars in the future from this dealership. I have gone to many other Nissan dealerships and had horrible experiences. For example, I went to Metro Nissan in Redlands, CA earlier this week. Their salesman didn't want to take me for a test drive on the Versa and was very blunt and rude to me. This salesman's name is Victor Turrubiates.Victor stated, among other rude statements, "I expect a sale after I take you for a test drive!" So if you are going to purchase a new or used car, GO TO FONTANA NISSAN and ask for ALEX ORTIZ AND BARRY PUGH. THEY TREAT YOU LIKE FAMILY!!!!!!!!!! My experience here went so well! I was greeted by Sharad first which directed me to the car I had in mind. He was great to talk to with a great personality and lots of knowledge about Nissan and especially first which directed me to the car I had in mind. Then when I made up my mind I went inside to start the paperwork for financing. I was greeted by Marlon to help with the finance part. He was very helpful with gathering my info and giving David my information. David, He was so helpful since I don't have the best of credit and was able to get me a car within my budget and monthly payment. I recommend this dealership to everyone!! Every employee there was so nice and always greeted me with a "Hello" and a friendly smile. It was also a very friendly environment for my daughter as well, since there was a little play area for the kids. I didn't feel rushed when selecting a car and nobody seemed annoyed when I would ask questions. I will be going back there to make future purchases. After exiting my car, I proceeded to view the vehicle of my interest. Sam approached me and ask if he could help me. I told him I was looking for the Pathfinders. He introduced me to Skander who showed me all the 2012 Pathfinders FN had. Sam, Skander, Leon and the big guy Barry were knowledgeable and very helpful, You ought to give Mr Barry Pugh a raise because he has the gift of GAB! First off the customer service here was great! The sales team was pretty much the exception to the stereotypical salesman/woman where they talk bad about the other car dealerships and push you into uncomfor team was pretty much the exception to the stereotypical salesman/woman where they talk bad about the other car dealerships and push you into uncomfortable situations of buying today. I had the pleasure of working with Phil Jimenez who was very understanding, friendly and respectful to not only myself but to other car dealerships I was looking at. He was very knowledgeable of pretty much every car on the lot, even the ones that weren't Nissans. They work very efficiently and organized and are willing to negotiate with you unlike other dealerships I had visited the past few days before I came to Fontana. Overall i would definitely recommend this dealer to any one in search of a new or used car and would encourage anyone who visits to ask for Phil Jimenez, he'll take care of you. More
