Purchased a 2011 370Z with a little over 14k miles at a good price. Staff was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. After having the car for about a week now the only negative aspect for me is the ca good price. Staff was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. After having the car for about a week now the only negative aspect for me is the car came without floor mats which was a bit confusing since on the check list the dealer provided to me indicated they were in good condition which at least in my mind implied floor mats would have been included. Called and spoke to an associate a day or 2 after to see if they forgot to put them into the car and I was advised they do not include floor mats to save cost. Otherwise was a very good experience. Both times I was assisted from start to finish with these two gentleman. Each question was answered with ease. I appreciated their patience and willingness to step away when I needed time to consider my options. (never overbearing). Also, I have to give credit to the service and parts guys, Gus & Braulio. After visiting several car dealerships, one being another Nissan dearlership, and making what I thought were good deals, my cousin recommended I try Fontana Nissan because I have driven Nissans for many year Nissan dearlership, and making what I thought were good deals, my cousin recommended I try Fontana Nissan because I have driven Nissans for many years and have purchased at least 5 over the years. In addition, Fontana Nissan specialized in Certified Pre-Own Nissans and had warranties as part of the deal. Fontana Nissan listened to what I wanted and expected, but most importantly they understood and worked within my price range. Although, I could not afford a new vehicle this time, I got a deal that was very close to purchasing a new vehicle with the "bells and whistles". WHEN I ARRIVE I WAS GREETED AND WAS SHOWN THE CAR I WAS INTERESTED IN BY SHARAD SHARMA WHO WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE CAR FEATURES. HE TOOK ME FOR A TEST DRIVE. I THEN MET MARLON MATTHEWS WHO WAS ALSO VERY FRIENDLY, WHO TOOK ME THROUGH THE PRICE, REBATES AND DEALER INCENTIVES. WE FININSHED THE PAPER WORK AND I PURCHASED THE VEHICLE. SINCE I WAS BY MYSELF THEY EVEN DELIVERED THE CAR TO MY HOME THAT DAY. I HAD ALSO CHECKED OUT OTHER DEALERS AND PRICES AND THIS WAS BY FAR THE BEST OFFer. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS GREAT.
