She did a great job explaining to us what every car did, had, and price ranges, She definitely helped us on deciding which car fit me best. Like I mentioned before, we were not in there to purchase a car, but it’s amazing how Melissa made us change our minds, Who would have known I would be leaving the dealer that day with a brand new car. Overall my experience was great. Everyone was beyond friendly and helpful, I am completely satisfied and definitely recommend this dealer to anyone!! I was also extremely happy with Aleksa, who was also beyond friendly and had great customer service, she was very negotiable and worked with what we offered. I was worried about going to a dealership and having to deal with a sales rep trying to sell you the most expensive car and just getting you to sign, but he took his time, worked within my budget and was honest. I have purchased my Nissan from another dealership before, they were nice. But they were not as fantastic as Fontana Nissan. My families plan right from the beginning was to purchase or lease the 2013 before, they were nice. But they were not as fantastic as Fontana Nissan. My families plan right from the beginning was to purchase or lease the 2013 Pathfinder. We called and visited other dealerships to get quotes and test drive, etc. Our first visit to Fontana was in January and it was Alex Ortiz that gave us the complete tour and breakdown on the Pathfinder. Then we met Joseph Dalton who was more than nice to us as was Scott Vanderheide. That was our first visit. The second visit we got introduced to Leon Danayan who showed us what we wanted. He and Aleska Davis did everything they could to work out a deal that would meet our criteria. Aleska broke down and went over ALL the numbers and costs with us but it just couldn't happen that night. Our final visit, Leon called me and said that his manager could make the deal we wanted. That night we signed, prior to meeting Rick Khan, we waited a while, but Rick was the only financial advisor on duty. Undestandable. During our wait everyone in that dealership made sure we felt at home. As tired and hungry my family and I felt, Rick is funny and upbeat. In closing, thank you to the entire staff at Nissan Fontana, that does include the owner of the dealership. You have our business and look forward to my next purchase. More
I was in the market for leasing a 2013 Nissan Leaf S, and I put two dealerships up against each other for the course of two days, and Fontana Nissan caught my attention with the deal they gave me. I went in I put two dealerships up against each other for the course of two days, and Fontana Nissan caught my attention with the deal they gave me. I went in person to test drive the Leaf from the dealership 2 miles away, but discussed prices/deals over the phone with both dealerships. Leon Danayan at Fontana Nissan (70 miles away from my home) helped me over the phone. Every time I called to ask about availability, colors, features, and PRICE, he said he'd get back to me in 10 minutes, and he did. He got back to me in 10 minutes or less. I called over 10 times! So, when I realized how much better my deal was with Fontana Nissan, I drove 70 miles, yes you heard me, 70 miles to pick up my new car and it was totally worth it. Leon Danayan was straightforward, quick, and helpful. He helped the time pass quickly during the wait and we drove away happy customers. He even called 1 hour later to see how we were doing. Can't beat the customer service! More
Melissa Percival was the nicest person!! I thought she was very honest and chose to work with our price!! The only thing I had a problem with is that while I was sittinng there waiting for my husband to g was very honest and chose to work with our price!! The only thing I had a problem with is that while I was sittinng there waiting for my husband to get the money from the bank, another client of hers came to make a purchhase and she checked with me to see if I would be ok if she left me..i told her yes and once she got to the other customer, another sales rep went in for the kill knowing it was her appointment. While I am aware of what type of business this is , if she was able to excuse herself from me( which she already had the sale with us), the other rep shouild have backed off. Overall, I would recommend this dealership and Melissa to anyone because of their honesty , her integrity, and the friendliness of the dealership!! Before I forget, Albert was very kind as well, he was who my husband spoke wiith on the phone. As well as Aleska!! NISSAN FONTANA HAS AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! My husband and I originally wanted a Toyota and Honda vehicle because we are repeat customers of those models, but when we went to the dealership they were abso and I originally wanted a Toyota and Honda vehicle because we are repeat customers of those models, but when we went to the dealership they were absolutely rude and blew us off. They did not take us seriously because we were young individuals who they thought were not going to buy anything. We decided to move on and go next door to Nissan Fontana. Ross Pratt approached us with amazing customer service, he took the time to get to know us so that he would able to show us what WE WANTED and not just rushing us to get something. We were on a search for a used car because we thought that was all we would be able to afford, instead Ross gave us options and we were able to purchase a NEW 2013 NISSAN VERSA!!! His sense of humor and friendliness kept us entertained through the long process of getting a new car. We also would like to give xxxxxxto Barry and Frank because they made sure everything was going smoothly. All I can say is, Nissan Fontana will take care of you. No matter what you are looking for or financially can afford I assure you that they will make it all work out. They gave us a deal we could not pass up, but more importantly THEY GAVE US THE CUSTOMER SERVICE we deserved. More
