After visiting several car dealerships, one being another Nissan dearlership, and making what I thought were good deals, my cousin recommended I try Fontana Nissan because I have driven Nissans for many year Nissan dearlership, and making what I thought were good deals, my cousin recommended I try Fontana Nissan because I have driven Nissans for many years and have purchased at least 5 over the years. In addition, Fontana Nissan specialized in Certified Pre-Own Nissans and had warranties as part of the deal. Fontana Nissan listened to what I wanted and expected, but most importantly they understood and worked within my price range. Although, I could not afford a new vehicle this time, I got a deal that was very close to purchasing a new vehicle with the "bells and whistles". My experience with Fontana Nissan was very positive and all good; I left there a very happy and satisified customer. More

WHEN I ARRIVE I WAS GREETED AND WAS SHOWN THE CAR I WAS INTERESTED IN BY SHARAD SHARMA WHO WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE CAR FEATURES. HE TOOK ME FOR A TEST DRIVE. I THEN MET MARLON MATTHEWS WHO WAS ALSO VERY FRIENDLY, WHO TOOK ME THROUGH THE PRICE, REBATES AND DEALER INCENTIVES. WE FININSHED THE PAPER WORK AND I PURCHASED THE VEHICLE. SINCE I WAS BY MYSELF THEY EVEN DELIVERED THE CAR TO MY HOME THAT DAY. I HAD ALSO CHECKED OUT OTHER DEALERS AND PRICES AND THIS WAS BY FAR THE BEST OFFer. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS GREAT. I had purchased a new new Nissan Versa. The exact model was like finding a needle in a haystack. I was very specific as to what type of options I wanted...for the price I wanted. Both Alex Ortiz and Barry was like finding a needle in a haystack. I was very specific as to what type of options I wanted...for the price I wanted. Both Alex Ortiz and Barry Pugh were very pleasant to work with. They were truthful and honest to me. I can honestly say I will be purchasing my cars in the future from this dealership. I have gone to many other Nissan dealerships and had horrible experiences. For example, I went to Metro Nissan in Redlands, CA earlier this week. Their salesman didn't want to take me for a test drive on the Versa and was very blunt and rude to me. This salesman's name is Victor Turrubiates.Victor stated, among other rude statements, "I expect a sale after I take you for a test drive!" So if you are going to purchase a new or used car, GO TO FONTANA NISSAN and ask for ALEX ORTIZ AND BARRY PUGH. THEY TREAT YOU LIKE FAMILY!!!!!!!!!! My experience here went so well! I was greeted by Sharad first which directed me to the car I had in mind. He was great to talk to with a great personality and lots of knowledge about Nissan and especially first which directed me to the car I had in mind. Then when I made up my mind I went inside to start the paperwork for financing. I was greeted by Marlon to help with the finance part. He was very helpful with gathering my info and giving David my information. David, He was so helpful since I don't have the best of credit and was able to get me a car within my budget and monthly payment. I recommend this dealership to everyone!! Every employee there was so nice and always greeted me with a "Hello" and a friendly smile. It was also a very friendly environment for my daughter as well, since there was a little play area for the kids. I didn't feel rushed when selecting a car and nobody seemed annoyed when I would ask questions. I will be going back there to make future purchases. I love my Rogue and again thank you to David, Marlon and Sharad. More

After exiting my car, I proceeded to view the vehicle of my interest. Sam approached me and ask if he could help me. I told him I was looking for the Pathfinders. After viewing the 2013 Pathfinders and hating the new design. Sam advised me that they (Fontana Nissan) had some Pathfinder in the body style I was seeking. He introduced me to Skander who showed me all the 2012 Pathfinders FN had. Sam, Skander, Leon and the big guy Barry were knowledgeable and very helpful, You ought to give Mr Barry Pugh a raise because he has the gift of GAB! I applaud Skander and Leon who spent hours with me. They earned they pay today, they were exceptional in my opinion. More
