I've been to this dealership many times. I absolutely hate dealerships because the sales people are SO sneaky. Here's what I'll tell you in my 2 experiences buying a car here: customer satisfaction reall hate dealerships because the sales people are SO sneaky. Here's what I'll tell you in my 2 experiences buying a car here: customer satisfaction really is their main objective. I've had a few hiccups during my 2 visits BUT the fact that every one of my issues is always resolved makes me a continued customer. I've been to dealerships where I've had issues and they don't try to fix it since they already made their money. I mean, seriously, this staff really does care that you leave satisfied. I've dealt with Barry more than once and he's very straight forward and works with your budget. He is upfront if the deal just can't be made but he tries really hard to make it work for you. This was my first time dealing with Marlon and it was probably the best experience I had with a sales rep. I wasn't the most pleasant person to deal with and he took all of my crankiness in stride and he kept on trying to show me things that would work within my budget. I spent like 7 hours with this guy and not once did I feel like he was pressuring me to buy a car. It was more like he was trying to help than being worried about getting commission. As much as I hate dealerships, this one is my least hated one! They'll continue to be my go-to for cars. More
