This was my first time dealing with your Service Department. I had purchased a used Quest. Well, our rear view mirror fell off. I called the service department to have the mirror fixed. When arriving, Katelin Southern Service Consultant greeted with professionalism, she took down my concerns regarding our Quest. While waiting for the shuttle. Spoke to Syed Haider about seatbelt extension & he took care of me. Little things like that can make a different between good & excellence service. It was our first time visiting Nissan of Fontana. The facility was clean, and everyone was so polite. Doors were held open for us. We shopped for a replacement vehicle for about 3 weeks both online and in person at various dealerships in a 1 - 2 hour radius from our home. I feel we got the best price for an economy all wheel drive v both online and in person at various dealerships in a 1 - 2 hour radius from our home. I feel we got the best price for an economy all wheel drive vehicle at this dealership. The sales staff were helpful, well-informed, friendly and enthusiastic, but not overly pushy. Also, the processing of our credit application and the purchase process in general was the quickest and most painless we have ever experienced. I was genuinely shocked at how soon the whole process was completed. I took the vehicle back for some (included in sales price) detailing/finish a few days after the purchase and experienced courtesy and friendliness from the service staff as well. More

I have been a customer for over a year and have experienced nothing but the best and most courteous service. Whenever I arrive to have my car serviced I am always greeted with a smiling employee. I like the fact that I can watch my car being serviced from a big picture window inside the waiting room which is really cool. One day while I was in the waiting area, Frank Bachman, the general manager came over to me, called me by name, and asked how everything was going. He came back a few minutes later and told me that my car would be ready in a few minutes (and it was). That made me feel special. Today Albert Donkor met me at my car and assisted in getting information about what I needed done to my car. He was very kind and professional. Although I was only there for an oil change he made me aware of other maintenance issues that I should be aware of which was very helpful and appreciated. It was good to see Barry Pugh today who assisted in the purchase of my Nissan Sentra last year. Whenever I'm there he always comes over to me with a great big smile and takes time to chat. Clearly asked for a price. They said yes on the phone. I drove 110 miles and 3 hours to find out they cannot sell the cat for the price. Didn't even apologize for this and gave me $25. FROM THE MINUTE WE STEPPED OUT OF OUR CAR WE WERE GREETED AND HANDED OVER TO DOMINIC GARCIA. HE WAS AN EXCEPTIONAL YOUNG MAN WHO SPOKE TO US LIKE WE WERE IMPORTANT. YOU DONT ALWAYS GET THAT. MY SON WAS TH AND HANDED OVER TO DOMINIC GARCIA. HE WAS AN EXCEPTIONAL YOUNG MAN WHO SPOKE TO US LIKE WE WERE IMPORTANT. YOU DONT ALWAYS GET THAT. MY SON WAS THERE TO PURCHASE A CAR AND DOMINIC BROKE EVERYTHING DOWN FOR HIM AND SHOWED HIM A WIDE VARIETY OF CARS. WE WERE THERE FOR PRACTICALLY THE WHOLE DAY 11AM TO 6 OR 7 AND I FELT LIKE IT WAS ONLY A COUPLE HOURS. DOMINIC KEPT US PLEASANTLY CONVERSED AND OCCUPIED AND WE DIDNT EVEN KNOW HOW LATE IT WAS. I FEEL CAR DEALERSHIPS SHOULD HAVE MORE PEOPLE LIKE DOMINIC GARCIA HE IS A GREAT YOUNG MAN. THEN WE HAD THE PLEASURE OF MEETING PHIL JIMENEZ. ANOTHER GREAT MAN. HE WORKED EXCEPTIONALLY HARD TO GET MY BOY HIS DEAL AND DIDNT STOP UNTIL WE WERE HAPPY AND DRIVING HOME IN A NEW CAR. I HAVE BEEN TO SEVERAL DEALERSHIPS AND NEVER LEFT AS HAPPY AS WE DID FROM FONTANA NISSAN. THEY NEVER LOOKED DOWN ON US LIKE THE PEOPLE AT THE RIVERSIDE AUTO CENTER.
