Mr. Eric Thornton had the patience of an angel, not only in showing me and helping me pick out a car that would suit my need, but in answering every question I had without once ever hesitating. Believe me, I can be a pain..lol. Anyways, I never felt under any pressure, I was treated like a v.i.p., and never felt like he was actually trying to sell me a vehicle. My decision to go look at a car was last minute. I had no intention of bying anything. I dont know if everyone in the sales dept. Is like Mr. Thornton, but I feel like one in a million. What a team!!! He told me the truth about everything, there was no underlying or hidden trap. I am so thankful for my new nissan, but most of all, as dorky as this may sound, I feel like Im part of a new family. It's odd, driving will never be the same again. Nissan cares!
