Similarly, I spoke with Juan quite a bit and was equally impressed with his knowledge and willingness to help me select the best parts for my GT-R. Finally, thanks to Herman for helping schedule my appointment without much notice and getting my car in/out on time. As I mentioned in the title, I drive almost two hours to go to Fontana Nissan from San Diego despite two local Nissan dealerships, and it's worth every minute of the drive. More

He also gave us his personal cell number if we ever have any issues. Last service we had was a great experience, they even gave us a discount due to circumstances that they could not control. It wasn't their fault but they "stepped up to the plate". More
