Everything went very well, however the "finance" lad I pre-arranged the price and options my new car would have via the Internet Sales manager Victor. Everything went very well, however the "finance" lady did try to use tricky math and words to sell the extended warranty / ding protection / GAP insurance, however when I declined the services there was not a hard sell / push.
