Car maintenance/repair I've been going to this dealership for quite sometime now(the main reason is due to the fact that my car was purchased here). I've had decent experien I've been going to this dealership for quite sometime now(the main reason is due to the fact that my car was purchased here). I've had decent experiences in the past but my last 2 visits were the worst. In the month of October I had a major 60k mile maintenance done on the vehicle(which seemed odd because it took them the exact amount of time a normal oil change takes). There were many red flags. Not even two months later my car was giving me major trouble. I really don't recommend this service center to anyone. Do not trust them with your vehicle, especially if it's your only one. Technically my car is still under warranty and yet somehow I had to pay $130 to have it inspected. I'm not comfortable with the staff and with the work they claim to do on my vehicle. As far as the repair on my car went, I was told that ,"the mechanic couldn't repeat the issue." So they didn't fix anything and yet had my car for a day and a half. I had to contact them as oppose to them contacting me. The list really just goes on about the bad visit. I'm really disappointed in this dealership. I held a very high respect for them and it felt like I could trust them with my vehicle. I'm disappointed to say that my car has started to repeat the issue(which is something a stay at home mother whom is 9months pregnant) shouldn't have to worry about. I'm flabbergasted that a company like this could get away with all the money they charge and not reciprocating the service nor customer service. I will be looking into contacting higher supervisors regarding my disappointing visit(s). More

Great service Went in for a standard oil change. I didn't have an appointment and was told it would be hard to fit me in. Even though I waited about 45 minutes the Went in for a standard oil change. The customer service was great and even though I didn't wanna hear it being difficult to fit me in at least they were honest about it. More

Recall was taken care of within few hours also an inspection was done on the car and need of some services to be done were explained and suggested but no pressure. Oil change maintenance with a twist. I went for a routine scheduled maintenance oil change and tire rotation as a walk in, an hour and a half before the service department closed. I was g I went for a routine scheduled maintenance oil change and tire rotation as a walk in, an hour and a half before the service department closed. I was greated by Herman Rivas and he promptly took care of me and told me three cars were ahead of me and told me it would take about two hours. As i was waiting in the lounge area for about an hour, Herman returned with the technician who was servicing my car and explained to me that the technician found the front driver side wheel had a lot of play and a part had to be replaced. Luckily for me the replacement was under warranty however since the service department was closing soon, I had to leave the car overnight and pick it up the next day. I told Herman that i got off work at 2 pm the next day where he told me the car should be ready by then. He then asked if I needed a ride back to my house and in no time at all I was on the last shuttle ride. The next day around 11 I called Herman to get an update on my car. He told me the car was getting serviced and reassured me he would call me as soon as the car was ready to be picked up. 4 hours later around 3 Herman called me and told me the car was ready to be picked up and asked if i needed to be picked up. I had a charity event to attend in Santa Monica, after i picked up my vehicle I headed straight to the charity event. I was 30 minutes late to the event but I was ok with that. I was dependant on Hermans word that my car would be ready by 2. If the car was returned to me any later than when i recieved it, I would have had to cancel the event. The staff was professional and friendly. Give Herman a promotion that guy is going places. More
