My first visit I met Moses, he did a great job showing me the 2013 pathfinder. The second visit was with my wife and I. Nector met us at the door, introduce himself to us. We told him that we were interested in the Pathfinder. Nector, jump right on the JOB.... show us the Pathfinder. Nector went from top to bottom about the pathfinder. He ask us if we would like to test drive the pathfinder? we was not sure! Nector was NOT PUSHIE!!!!!! NICE.... we decide to take the test drive. WE ARE TOTALLY HAPPY WE DID. The pathfinder is the SUV for us. What was cool is I saw Moses and he gave me a smile, he stated glad to see you back. We not ready BUT in 3 to 5 months we be back to get our Pathfinder from Fontana Nissan..... More

There is nothing better than the feeling of confidence when you know that your vehicle is in excellent hands for service. It starts from the professionalism exhibited by the operator when I call to setup my appointment. Once there I'm treated like a well liked family member or businessman lol, The service writers are quickly at my door, always a smile to go along with the friendly greeting. They listen attentively to my questions or concerns, I walkaway confident that my car is in excellent hands. I wait in the nice waiting area which has a large television and if you ask they will let you turn the channel, sometimes I visit the always clean and nice looking showroom or I chat with the guys in the race shop. GTR Master Mechanic always visits me when the work is complete, oil change or routine service, he briefs me on what he did and he answers any questions I have. He is the most knowledgeable GTR mechanic I know. When I leave there I'm completely satisfied with how I spent my time and money. The GTR is an excellent car and so is Fontana Nissan. More
What's going on? I arrived around 7;30 AM to get my radiator replaced and was told it should be 2 to 3 hours. Around 11:30 AM I went to see what was going on. They said the tech was doing a final test drive and it should be ready in a few minutes. Ok. So I went back to the waiting area. Around 12:30 PM, I saw my truck in the Service driveway and thought it was ready to go. I went to the service desk and my service advisor wasn't there. I asked another service advisor if he could check if the paperwork for my truck was there. He couldn't find it but said he would look for it and come get me once it was ready. 1:30 PM and I went to the receptionist to page my service advisor. I didn't get out of there until about 2 PM. It would have been better if they had told me it was going to take a longer time so I could have gone to lunch and come back. I'm sure they had lunch. More

He kept me updated in the status of the service of my car. He explain every single detail of the warranty as in how the deductible was going to be apply. Based on my first experience with Fontana Nissan, and after reading numerous positive reviews from the SoCal GTR community, I decided to make the trip Based on my first experience with Fontana Nissan, and after reading numerous positive reviews from the SoCal GTR community, I decided to make the trip up from San Diego to get my GTR's transmission and differential fluids changed. I could've easily went with some place more local to me, but glad I made the choice to come to Fontana Nissan. First, thank you to Scott Vanderheide for the quick response to my initial inquiry about getting my fluids changed out. He provided a detailed breakdown of what needed to be done along with a very fair quote for how much it would cost to get the service performed. Secondly, to Herman Rivas for setting up my appointment, checking me in, and getting me and my girlfriend squared away in a very timely manner. Herman also provided me with updates as my car was getting worked on. A HUGE THANKS to Chris Heimburg for performing the work on my car and doing an exceptional job with it. As he was close to finishing up, Chris met with me in the waiting area and consulted me on the services that he performed. He also provided his recommendations for ongoing use. All the positive feedback that others have mentioned about Chris truly showed in his work and his willingness to consult me about what he did with my car. Thank you!! And last, but certainly not least, to the staff that washed my car. You guys did a truly exceptional job!! I've had dealers wash my previous cars and it wasn't that great, to say the least. But you guys did a great job with it, and I am no longer embarrassed to drive my car around town. Scott, Herman, and Chris were all great. Fontana Nissan is now my go-to for my GTR's service needs.
