Strike 3 "on Car Washes" I have now been in to Fontana Nissan Service dept a few times now. Each time I feel I get good service with smiles and few laughs. What I am about to talk about, I never brought to anyone attention until this last service. Car washes, I have let them slide saying to myself " you know its not really their job." This last car wash was a lot to be undesired.. dash was dirty, cup holders dirty, everything inside the car but the passenger and driver floors were still dirty. Service Manager offered to have them re-wash the car but I had things to do,I asked him if he would please talk with them he said yes and through conversation he said they out source that department to another company. I told him they might want to find another company. Please note: You can't hold the entire company accountable for one departments actions.. This is why my surveys are always good. Service is excellent at Fontana Nissan.. Thank you for listening. More

Tire pressure Went in three other times to have oil change done and noticed tire was low so the dealer told me it was just low so they put air each time On my thi Went in three other times to have oil change done and noticed tire was low so the dealer told me it was just low so they put air each time On my third visit I had tire rotation done and left drivers side tire was very low, two days later same tire is low and now flat, did they even do the tire rotation, I believe not, still waiting for an answer from the dealer on what they are going to do, I had to go buy new tires due to the the tire having a slash in it and not fixable. It's been a week now... Still waiting for at least a refund on the tire rotation More

The staff I encountered were extremely nice and personable. My salesperson, Kaitlynn was extremely sweet and made sure that I had the best experience possible. I didn't feel pressured to purchase or make a decision at all. My purchase took a little longer than expected and the staff that stayed after closing did it while still giving me excellent customer service. They made sure that the vehicle was what I wanted. Everyone from my sales person, financing and the managers truly made sure that the entire purchase experience was the best possible. More

What a HASSLE!!! When we first got there, everything was fine. Staff that we encountered was great, because they were all Sales staff. Test drive went smooth and so did filling out our application. Then things got odd. One of the sales managers, Ron, wanted us to refill out a application and sign it, but without any income numbers on it, saying "the bank doesn't want to see no numbers." Um, excuse me?? That's all they care about! Found this odd, but not too alarming. I figured he has my payroll stub so there was no way he could screw up the numbers. The deal went smoothly and then we were sent to the Finance department. Right away, didn't like the girl, Paula. I understand it's her job to try and get us to agree to extended warranties, but I said no about 5 times and she still persisted. If I say it once or twice, okay, FIVE xxxx TIMES, she pissed me off. She finally let it go and just processed out paperwork. We finally left, deal done... so we thought. I got a call more than a week later saying they wanted employer verification. No problem, directed them to the lady who takes care of that at my job. She verified with me it was a legit request and I approved so she processed the request and sent it on. Get a call a couple days later saying something isn't adding up and now they want my last two years taxes. No. I refuse to give them that, stating I would provide my W2 for the last two years, no problem, but they don't need to see my full tax reports, now remembering they "no numbers" comment from the sales manager and getting really suspicious. I received numerous harassing calls from Phil demanding the taxes, and I declined, said I wanted to speak to the finance company myself so I could find out why they wanted the taxes. Asked for the finance company information and Phil puts me on hold. Comes back saying he just talked to them and there's no getting around it - not what I requested, I wanted to talk to them myself. After about another week of back and forth, being told one thing then another, the Director of Finance finally got involved and I explained the entire situation. He had me send him the W2s and a copy of the employment verification that Phil said never came through, so I sent him all the information and never heard back. The finance company called a few days later to confirm the phone number and I received my first payment notice so I assume all is fine now. The trouble it was to get a brand new car, I've never had to go through any of this, and I've already purchased 3 brand new cars without any issues. I drove away expecting to come back and get my wife a new car in a few months, but will more than likely steer clear of this dealership and head on over to Honda instead! More

Suck suck suck. Had to take my car in 2 days in a row, they couldn't figure out what is wrong with my car. And to top it off, the list of things wrong on the first day examination were completely different from the second day's examination... So did the one guy not really examine my car? Or did the other guy just make a bunch of stuff up? Not happy. More
