Fontana Nissan

Dissapointed I've been servicing my vehicle since I purchased it and after my last service I've noticed so many discrepencies. My tire tread has increased and decr I've been servicing my vehicle since I purchased it and after my last service I've noticed so many discrepencies. My tire tread has increased and decreased over time, as well as my break pads which doesn't make since. We trust the service department to service our vehicles and we follow there recommendations but when you start to see these discrepencies it makes one feel like I'm getting ripped off. Services are being recommended and now I'm questioning the accuracy or whether I actually need the service considering the cost is not cheap. On the other note it was pretty sad that they couldn't be honest about not finding my car and when they finally bring it out it wasn't even my car. I could have easily taken somebody else's vehicle. I was standing around waiting a long time to get my car and to speak to my service advisor to the point I decided to speak to someone else. The other thing that really bothered me is how a service advisor can try to fool me because I'm a woman into thinking that a tire is removed from a rim when a tire rotation is done, when I noticed my tire rotation I paid wasn't done. Friendliness and customer service is great but the quality of service has gone down and that to me is more important than the friendliness or the customer service offered. More
