Great Buying Experience at Fontana Nissan We researched on the Nissan USA website for our new Nissan Rogue on line, and found an EXACT match at Fontana Nissan. We drove out "unannounced", wal We researched on the Nissan USA website for our new Nissan Rogue on line, and found an EXACT match at Fontana Nissan. We drove out "unannounced", walked into the show room and were met by Mikhail Valisevsky. Right from the start, it was obvious he was there to help us. We told him we were looking for the Rogue hybrid we found on line, but he was not sure they had such a car. Turns out, the car had been delivered the day before, and wasn't even posted to the dealer inventory yet. We identifed the car through the Nissan USA site, and Mikhail headed out on a search of their lots to find it. He finally found the car, way in the back, still wrapped in the plastic protection it was delivered in. He had to move several cars to get it out for us to look at. It was EXACTLY what we wanted! Mikhail worked with us to reach an equitable trade on our old car. He did what ever it took to make us the best deal. Through it all, we never felt pressure of any sort from any one at Fontana Nissan. Mikhail and Paulina from the finance office were sincerely interested in making sure we were happy with the deal. They suck When I was there I got my car. They where nice to me I sign the contract and took my car home. A week later I got a letter saying I needed to call so When I was there I got my car.
