Amazing I bought my kick from Alyssa I’m super happy with my car. I took It in on Friday for a oils change and Juan the service attendant help me out. Nice and Friendly Staff I was in the market for a diesel truck and shopped at several Nissan dealers before landing on Fontana. I spoke with Danny online and discussed pricin I was in the market for a diesel truck and shopped at several Nissan dealers before landing on Fontana. I spoke with Danny online and discussed pricing and availability before agreeing to come down and taking a look at the 2 that I had my eye on. Danny introduced me to Issa who was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful to all of my questions. The very first thing he did was pulled the 2 vehicles that I was interested in and placed them side by side so I can easily do a comparison. We then went on a nice lengthy test drive where I was able to determine that the Titan XD was the right truck for me. We were able to come to a deal the next day and Issa even came in on his day off to finish the deal. I am incredibly happy with my truck and the great price I got it at. Not to mention that Issa was a very kind a helpful salesman. I never felt pressured into buying and the experience with him was quite pleasant. I admit I was a little arrogant at times during the negotiation but Issa held a very cool and calm attitude. I even walked out the first day because I wanted to take a look at a different truck at another dealer. Danny called me the next day and was able to get me to come back in. They wanted to make sure I got the truck I wanted. Dealers need more sales staff with an approach like the one I got from Issa. More
