Friendly sale but poor manager. Overall they have great car with great price but they have some add on that costs around $2500 and there is no way to avoid it. Horrible customer service and unethical practices! I made the mistake of buying a vehicle from this dealership on June 7th 2020 from the internet sales manager Cameron Diebolt. They charge $2400 for "Add on' the mistake of buying a vehicle from this dealership on June 7th 2020 from the internet sales manager Cameron Diebolt. They charge $2400 for "Add on's" that you have no choice but to pay for because they are pre-installed. Basically a bait and switch. That isn't even the worse part. During the test drive, we hit a pothole on the off ramp of the 210 E on N Adler Ave. I even mentioned something when we hit it because it was bad. Now I admit it is my fault for not re-inspecting the vehicle after the test drive, but the vehicle was filthy when we first saw it and while we were doing the paperwork to buy it Cameron took it to put gas in it and wash it. Fast forward to the next day...I am loving my new car and when I get home from work I am wiping it down and notice the right rear tire and rim are damaged from the pot hole. There is a huge chunk of rubber missing out of the tire sidewall and the rim has a gash. I immediately get hold of Cameron to tell him and right out of the gate he tells me that this is a severe impact damage from a pothole. So I remind him of the one we hit the day before and in less then 24 hrs he cant remember the test drive because he "goes on so many". Bottom line, he basically called me a liar and said I did it after I took the vehicle off the lot because he had it "Detailed and had a safety inspection done before I left". What actually happened was he took the car and filled it with gas, supposedly "detailed" it and had a safety inspection done in under 20 minutes!!! And if I had done the damage after leaving, why was there armor all INSIDE of the damaged area of the tire where the missing rubber was unless it happened prior to the "detail"???? He continued saying I did it and didn't want to make the situation right. Now take into account that I have close to perfect credit, put $5000 in cash down, and didn't haggle once on the price of the car!!! NEVER GO HERE!!!!! The car had 30,000 miles on it so my only option was to replace all 4 tires at my own expense when all I wanted was for them to do the right thing and replace the damaged wheel with another one from one of the other exact same cars with almost identical mileage since they had about 8 of them available. Seems like a no brainer for an honest customer who didn't even argue about the crazy add on bait and switch scam they are running. Oh yeah, and the AVAS devise they install on the car (and charge you $800 for the install) only has 1 yr of service and to add 4 more years costs another $500!!! Cameron also told me the coating they charge you for that is supposed to cover the paint, leather, carpet, etc covered the headliner but the next day when reading the tiny fine print on the back of the paper it lists headliners as exempt. Just another lie!!! Buyer beware, hopefully someone learns from my mistake! I will be surprised if this post stays here or even gets approved since the dealership website has a tab for reviews, but no option to leave one and none to read ahead of time. How convenient!! I also left a review on their FB page but they removed it within minutes. They obviously do not want their reputation getting out!! More
