no updates on the problem or progress of the car unless i called (car was left with mazda for about a week for service). left used gloves in car when car was returned. does not explain things well unless ask called (car was left with mazda for about a week for service). left used gloves in car when car was returned. does not explain things well unless asked (ex. did not explain warranty details on part that was replaced, etc). when i got the call to say that the car is done, all that was said is “you’re car is ready for pick up” no explanation whatsoever of what happened or how it went or if other problems were found. lack of communication. when went to pick up car, cashier couldnt find our paper. when cashier asked our service rep, he said “well they were suppose to pick up the car last week” like it was our fault that we werent able to pick up. as i said, no progress report. so we didnt know we had to pick up til the day we had to pick up. of course we have our work and life scheduled so it’s not like we can drop everything and just pick up immediately. it would have been nice to let us know progress so we can plan out well.
