Horrible service never going again. Took in car for routine maintenance at 11am appointment. I was told needed fuel injection maintenance for additional charge which I agreed and also ask to get a part routine maintenance at 11am appointment. I was told that if the part was in stocked they will put it and if it wasn't they would order it. I called to pick up my vehicle since it was passed 6 and I was informed that the service closes at 5. I asked if my vehicle needed to stay overnight and no one knew since department was closed. I ask why wasn't I informed of the situation I asked to speak to a manager. I spoke to Shawn since he was the manager available. He returned my call letting me the car was ready and I could pick up. I said I'm going to pick it up and he said I had a few minutes since they where about to close and that he could only take card no cash. I arrive at the location and ask to know about the replacement part I had asked for and to have all charges explained to me. They couldn't explain and Shawn didn't know the status of the part. He offered a free oil change in which I asked if the oil change was charged he stated that not at this time but next yes. I asked why since I had transferred my maintenance package from Loma Linda and was told when I made appointment that it was applicable there. He didn't have proper response to the situation. He had no knowledge of what was going on and didn't bother to inform himself well. The communication is horrible. I still haven't been informed in regards to the part I inquired about. And for not following up and informing you of the status of your vehicle a simple free oil change is just plain laughable. They need to keep better track of customer cars and their needs beyond the selling point. More

Due to COVID,, hadn’t driven, so battery died, thus affecting tailgate. My daughter took the car in. They were very courteous and took care of all concerns. Beautiful facilities. affecting tailgate.
