My daughter bought her 1st car in June.Didn’t get 2nd set of keys. Got the run around so I had to call a few times until I finally got an appointment to FINALLY get her 2nd set in August. I brought my car in for the initial service, and I found out afterwards that the first oil change was supposed to be at no charge. Nobody mentioned this.
