I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with this dealerships customer service. I bought my car the day before Father’s Day. We came in at 1:00 were approved at about 5:15. When we came in there dealerships customer service. I bought my car the day before Father’s Day. We came in at 1:00 were approved at about 5:15. When we came in there were only a few people but then they got swamped. We were made to wait to sign our papers until 10:30. We were not given our gap paperwork. I was told it would be mailed out the next week. It wasn’t. I called for 3 weeks and finally got someone to e-Mail it to me. Because I was inconvenienced at signing and mishandled with paperwork I asked for a set of floor mats for the car. Several times I asked. I am told we will get back to you and no one EVER calls! Yesterday I spoke to someone in person about this and I’m still waiting. However the salesman and the service dept have been excellent. More
