I feel that I was ripped off. The prices for service were extraordinarily high, including $150 just to diagnose the issue I was having. I should have asked to see their pricing sheet, and if they refused, just go elsewhere. It simply didn't occur to me that a dealership would engage in price gouging, especially at a time when people need to be cautious with their finances. The terms used to describe the issues with the car didn't make any sense and took some internet research on my own to figure out what was really going on. When I picked up the car, no one bothered to go over the invoice with me. I assume that's because the service rep I had been working with had left for the day, which I found out from the cashier. The service department should have at least let me know that he left early and offered to go over it with me. Every other service department I've ever worked with has gone over the services performed to make sure I understood and was happy with the service and see if I had any questions. Not so here. Be careful out there. These folks do not have you best interests in mind. More

Bought a 2019 CX-5. Love the car, but I hated my experience at the dealership. Price was 1800 more than advertised because of dealer installed options I did not want but they "could not" remove. Then they never transferred ownership of my trade in. I got DMV notices that I needed to register it. Then I got a bill from a toll road that I had to pay. I went to the DMV site and registered it as transferred ownership. Called, left messages...crickets! More
