There waiting times are really long, and there reps are everywhere at once. I see too much hiding and standing around instead of helping out customers. I see. I situation where a body shop came to pick up a bumper and no one went up to the customer to help him out. He waited about 10 min before he got frustrated and went to grab some one to help him. Little did we know the parts specialist was in the back talking. Very unprofessional. Besides the cons, Maria my service rep is very helpful and friendly. Always making sure I’m satisfied and my car is at 100 percent! Always go to her because she makes it happen! Thanks to her and raza, and mr Daniel Mendoza! Great reps! More

Incredible to sell the car, horrible follow up on customer service. I will be avoiding Fontana Mazda at all costs. Bought 2 cars, both of which were brand new and had imperfections, multiple times. Even though there was some misinformation about the features in the car they were very helpful and did everything possible to to rectify this.
