The finance officer makes you believe that the vehicle can only be financed if you buy extended warranty and gap insurance. I bought their Mazda CX-9 and gave them everything they wanted. Instead of being happy selling me the car, they switch vehicle, with a higher mileage and with paint scratches and dings.They pretend that the vehicle I test drove was being cleaned, when in fact they switched It with another with the same color. I am 82 years old, they don’t respect seniors. Avoid this dealer at all cost. Despicable and thieves.Karma to them. Feed your family with dirty money. Karma. The vehicle they switched and sold me, I believe was involved in a accident and sustained serious damages, because when I am driving and run over one of those metal things on the roads white painted divider lines, the vehicle would suddenly swerve to one side which is dangerous. I also discovered the door seal protector they are selling for $350 is ordinary scotch tape that is used to seal envelopes. What a Scam. This dealership is definitely not only greedy, mean spirited but managed by EVIL pearled in management. The CX 9 I test drove had about 27K miles, and the Carfax reported no accidents and was a California vehicle. I don’t know anything about the vehicle they switched and gave me, whether it was from out of state of California, which I Would never buy. I have not heard from the dealership . I am in consultation with my lawyer and we have 2 members in our Rotary Club that work for media that would gladly help me and give their shameless business practices the proper media coverage.
