We told her that we had been informed by Mazda that we would receive a check from Mazda the next day. We would be in then to complete the deal. She suggested that she could have the car driven out to us that evening and we could drive in to Fontana Mazda the next day. Jimmy delivered the vehicle as promised. It was exactly what we had requested. We drove our new car to Fontana the next day to complete the deal. Everything was performed as promised. Other dealers wanted us to come in to "negotiate" a price, and would not promise the color or model we wanted or even give us a price. Thank you, Jimmy and the staff at Fontana Mazda for bringing simple integrity to the new car buying process. More

We found a vehicle we wanted and Trent was very professional in working with his management to help us bring our vehicle home. The price posted online didn’t reflect add-ons on the vehicle so keep that in mind when you find the vehicle you want online and actually go to Fontana Mazda. Online price is not the actual sales price and should be reflected OnIine. With that said, Ricardo Ramirez, assistant sales manager, was a nice guy who, along with the owner, offered fair negation and we reached a deal! Danny Mendoza in finance was excellent! He was very friendly and warm. He was very thorough. He was straight forward; presented GAP insurance & extended warranty options clearly.
