This is the second time I have been there and was not please, I was unable to get the service I asked for and also the dealership broke my rim lock and key and all I was told is that they would order a n please, I was unable to get the service I asked for and also the dealership broke my rim lock and key and all I was told is that they would order a new one and come back when it’s here! This is not the service I except from a store that hasn’t been open long, I might as well go back to Riverside Mazda. I also had my friend purchase a car from here and when she came for her first service her experience was not good either! More
Well our trip to the Mazda dealership was excellent all the customer service representatives that came in contact with us excellent each and everyone of them very nice answered all our questions very thor the customer service representatives that came in contact with us excellent each and everyone of them very nice answered all our questions very thorough good price for the car my grandson is very very happy with his car and looking forward to coming in again on our next car purchase everyone was rated a 10 with us a Very nice group of people who took care of our needs making it happen so that my grandson could get a brand new car that’s what you call working together as a group to help the customer thank you so much for your service. My Mazda 6 from day 1 is still making creaking/scraping noise from steering and Squeaky brakes even after over 18 times bringing it in the shop. I spent multiple days off work and just the run around alway noise from steering and Squeaky brakes even after over 18 times bringing it in the shop.
