Had a 10:00am appointment for a minor service.....had to call them after 3:00pm to see if car was ready. Rating would have been better if they would have called me when done instead of keeping my car the wh call them after 3:00pm to see if car was ready. Terrible After-Sales! Several things were not ok after the sale; no second key, wrong papers, insurance we paid for not included in the papers, the overpriced security app (AVAS) did not work, no mail fro the sale; no second key, wrong papers, insurance we paid for not included in the papers, the overpriced security app (AVAS) did not work, no mail from financing dept. leading to a penalty on first payment, etc. Each time we just got thousands of apologies but no real solution that would justify all the lost times, miles and not pleasant energy that we had put in to getting everything fixed. This turned the experience from excellent before sales towards terrible after sales. More
