This was the first time I used Fontana Mazda to service my car. I will say it was probably the best service experience I have ever had! I was greeted and invited inside by service rep Ernesto (very profess my car. I will say it was probably the best service experience I have ever had! I was greeted and invited inside by service rep Ernesto (very professional) within 3 minutes of parking. There was a nice waiting area with coffee and snacks. My car was ready in about 1 hour, which was faster than promised 90 minutes. They did hand-washed my car (both interior and exterior) and it was a good one, not one of those 3 minute carwashes offered elsewhere. I found my place to service my cars from now on and would definitely recommend to anyone else who wants fast and quality service. By the way, I got their $99 package for 3 oil changes, which is a great value for your money!!! More
