Well first off I was not happy at all the fact the when I got there at 7:00 am, no one was on site, then to top off when finally someone gets there, too bad I didn't get his name but he was an Asian guy with got there at 7:00 am, no one was on site, then to top off when finally someone gets there, too bad I didn't get his name but he was an Asian guy with glass wear no face mask and talking to me without it, that's a big no-no. Then Juan Orozco the service guy, helps me, then doesn't look up at what my car needs or anything he just assumed that only the oil change, etc. was needed and when I ask about it he said if there was anything else he would let me know, but not only he didn't let me know, I had to go to ask him only to go find out that my car was getting washed and there were other things that my car needed to get done... I have been dealing with Mazda for 4 years and I have never experienced something like this. This dealership really needs to get it together. That being said I will not step foot in this dealership. More
