Came in on Saturday after having issues on a of my sons vehicles. Told Albert and Raza my situation. They steered me in the right direction. I was told my service would be an hour and a half wait and it ended up being a 3 hour wait. Just so they could tell me my car wasn’t ready. I had to use a loaner car and wasn’t able to pick up my car til and it ended up being a 3 hour wait. Just so they could tell me my car wasn’t ready.
