Very displeased with the service I received. It took over a month to get an appointment for the added features and they constantly changed the times on me. They had no regard for my time and continuously lef a month to get an appointment for the added features and they constantly changed the times on me. They had no regard for my time and continuously left me waiting for them to figure things out. I dropped my car off on a Thursday and Maria told it would not be worked on until Monday and then they called me the next day rushing me to get my car. I got to the dealership an hour later and my car wasn’t ready and I had to wait an addition hour. They changed every setting in my vehicle leaving me feeling violated and like the car wasn’t mine. When I asked them to fix some of the features back they didn’t know how, which isn’t surprising because when I bought the car nobody took the time to show me any of the cars features. The manager explained that they were currently short staffed so they should not be held accountable for the mishaps. More

Everyone at the dealership was extremely professional & friendly—liked that everyone wore shirts & ties. Pepe was awesome—knowledgeable, calm, anticipated my needs. Finance guy was also great.
