I was told by the service advisor that the service would take 1.5 hours. We waited more than 2.5 hours. With no updates by anyone. We watched as my vehicle was FINALLY pulled into the service bay an hour an take 1.5 hours. We waited more than 2.5 hours. With no updates by anyone. We watched as my vehicle was FINALLY pulled into the service bay an hour and 45 minutes later. The service was a simple oil change and tire rotation. I originally made the appt because my oil light was coming on randomly and I was concerned there was a problem. I was told when I came in that the computer would be reset and the oil change completed. When my vehicle was finally done. Noone went over the services done on my vehicle or why my oil light was randomly coming on in the first place. Now a few weeks after having the car there for the oil light, and being told that the computer would be reset. My change oil light is on again. VERY disappointed with the whole experience. More
