I was very disappointed this time! I initially brought my vehicle in in early Jan.; an issue was found. Caesar told me my motor needed to be replaced, and I got the loaner. He would call to give me updates a vehicle in in early Jan.; an issue was found. Caesar told me my motor needed to be replaced, and I got the loaner. He would call to give me updates and no one continued or notified me about Caesar leaving and the status of my vehicle. My truck was there two months. When I called no one knew the status of my truck but then told me a cylinder would be replaced versus the motor. When Vanessa finally called about my truck being ready, she emphasized that they needed the loaner back versus letting me know the issue was resolved and to apologize for everything (I had spoken with her several times). When I went to pick up my truck, it had 3 gallons of gas remaining; I spent two gallons while it was running as I was cleaning it out, sanitizing and dusting it. The next day, the tire pressure notification came on; I called & was told that my case had been closed and some one would search my VIN and call me back. It has been four days and no one has called me back yet. More
