On 03/26/21 Katrena responded to my online request and quoted me a car at a certain price. With a trade in the price “should” have been great. The evening finance mgr basically told me that if I didn’t pu quoted me a car at a certain price. With a trade in the price “should” have been great. The evening finance mgr basically told me that if I didn’t purchase the $2385 of add-ins the dealership didn’t have to sell me the car and that they couldn’t take off the Avas “alarm” because in California it was required. When I pointed out that the contract says that it was optional he lied and said that they couldn’t sell the cars if the paperwork didn’t say that. Cameron told me my insurance company would give a discount for having it-they don’t. After working all day in downtown LA it was 9pm and I just wanted to go home. Lesson learned. I’ll never purchase a car in the evening and I’ll never recommended them to anyone or purchase anything from them again. 🖕🏼 More
