Contacted the service department several times to make an oil change. Left two voice messages on 3/25 and 3/26 nobody returned my call. On 3/29 drove to the dealership spoke with a young service technician i oil change. Left two voice messages on 3/25 and 3/26 nobody returned my call. On 3/29 drove to the dealership spoke with a young service technician informed me that the earliest appointment was Monday April 5th. I informed him that I've been calling for three days and nobody picked up the phone or returned my call. Frustrated by the young man's behavior I asked for manager and he informed me that the manager was out. Asked for the dealership manager. Maria, over heard my conversation and immediately stepped in and said no give me your car I will get the oil change done today within 2hours. When, I can back to the dealership Maria had my car waiting and washed furthermore the dealership took care of the oil change on them. She understood that I have been trying to make an appointment and nobody would pick up the phone or returned my call. So because of this customer gesture I would say that the service was well done but Maria showed excellent customer service skills...... More

Unable to provide a customer service rating for Cesar Rivas because I did not meet him during my visit on 03/26/2021 for my 1st oil change.
