Per more or less every review this dealership gets, they misrepresent their pricing on all listings by about $3000. In our case, after putting in our bid for list-minus $300, they came.back with list PLUS $ misrepresent their pricing on all listings by about $3000. In our case, after putting in our bid for list-minus $300, they came.back with list PLUS $5000! Literally over list by 30%. When I gave them a reasonable counter, they said they absolutely couldn't match, so we left, letting them know that their deceptive online pricing was super shady. Of course, about seven minutes later we got the call that they could match our offer plus $500. This was $1000 over their listed price plus tax and fees, but we were still in my ballpark, so we took the offer, paid cash, and left feeling a little gross. On our way home we noticed they didn't fill the tank and the service light almost immediately went on. Classy, guys. Altogether a really uncomfortable and needlessly untruthful and aggressive sales experience. That said... Our customer relationship guy was really sweet - Anthony Jackson - was up front and genuinely decent with us. We liked him quite a bit. More
