Disappointing experience. Requested oil change and specifically said I did not want tires rotated. The service advisor talked more about himself than the service request itself. I was quoted a 1-1.5 hour wait time. Service took 3 hours and the tires were rotated. I understand things take longer than quoted sometimes but this was too long for an oil change. I’ve used this dealer before and usually provided good reviews, but this experience was frustrating due to the extended wait time and rotating the tires when it was specifically stated not to. More

The parts department ordered me a tire yesterday and quoted that it would arrive today by 11am. It did, so far so good. When I confirmed with parts this morning they then transferred me to service and I quoted that it would arrive today by 11am. It did, so far so good. When I confirmed with parts this morning they then transferred me to service and I spoke with Tran. I let her know I’d like to come in at 2pm to have the tire placed on car. She said she could do that and to ask for her. Still good. I arrived asked for Tran and she said they’ll get started and it should be done in 45 minutes, again good. I waited for an hour and a half not good with my 2 year old and I decided to walk outside and my car was sitting there ready, how long who knows not good. Someone else said they’d help me cash out and I was charged $25 more than she said, they ended up adjusting it. As I was trying to leave 15 more minutes were spent trying to locate my wheel lock. It was still on the wheel. I spoke to manager as I left and said not the best experience. I drove to an appointment I had somewhere else and as I was driving I got an alert that my hood was open. The mechanic left wheel lock on wheel, didn’t close trunk, and my tires are all inflated differently. I’m not looking to bash anyone, stuff happens, we all have bad days but this survey will hopefully get folks to improve what they’re doing. More
