Effective, but not the most customer friendly experience. Never felt appreciated that I chose to bring my new Camry to their dealer for Toyota maintenance that’s include with the purchase. The service advisor didn’t seem to know much about the requirements for recall service and spent most of our time together trying to upsell additional maintenance packages vs the included Toyota recommended interval maintenance. I could go elsewhere, but it’s close to home and it probably won’t be any different. More

He made us feel valued and never once made us feel pressured or rushed. And when I say Omar went above and beyond, I mean it literally! 😂 He even hopped on my wife's electric chair so my wife could join me on the test drive! Now THAT is dedication! I'm pretty sure riding a customer's electric chair wasn't in his job description, but he handled it like a champ! It's not every day your car salesman takes your wheels for a spin while you test out some new ones! A huge shoutout to the entire team at Folsom Lake Toyota for making the whole car-buying experience so easy, smooth, and enjoyable!
