I will never go to Folsom lake kia again. Horrible experience! Waiting for a call from consumer affairs. Their lack of respect for my time was apparent. Could not get answers to my questions about my car or issues that THEY caused without going out of my way to drive up there or without acting like a maniac to get someone to pay attention. Horrible experience And now ...after a month later and getting my car back, I am still missing parts that they lost And after getting a call back from Kia Consumer Affairs, I am being told that it is believed the wrong recall was done on my car based on a phone call consumer affairs made to Folsom Lake Kia Unbelievable More
