I had a lot of things going wrong with the car and it felt like it would never work the same again. That is until Mark came up with a master plan, that also matched every one of my stipulations, priced me out, and then verified every new service with price that came up before performing the actual services. The only surprise I had was how affordable my services were going to be and the really great customer care that was provided to me by Mark. Mark had the car back to me the day I rolled it in and the car is still driving like I first got it! Thank you Mark, for saving my day, week, months, years to come! Knowing that the car is back to itself again and also fixed way under budget just made me whole again! That kind of piece of mind will give me years back to my life! Thank you! Service Center employee JET V makes the entire Service Center first rate! I went to the center to see if anyone could help me retrieve my driver's license and credit card which I dropped into a very small Center first rate! I went to the center to see if anyone could help me retrieve my driver's license and credit card which I dropped into a very small slit next to the emergency brake. Jet was amazing -- he was able to dismantle enough plastic in the console so he could reach in and get the cards. He probably saved me $500 in those 15 minutes because now I don't need to take apart the entire interior. This young man is so genuine and sincere -- I wish he could also be my banker, my dog trainer, and my dentist! Terrific attitude; he will definitely help you in any way he can More

I was in for a recall on my Genesis 25th of July. A job that was to take no more than 2 hrs. took over 4 hrs. The trailer ( waiting area) had no water, coffee or bathroom. Needless to say I won’t be going back here and will have my daughter take her Hyundai to Roseville. The management needs to pay closer attention to their employees. As the owner of my own business the service rep would have been fired on the spot. More
