Service Center employee JET V makes the entire Service Center first rate! I went to the center to see if anyone could help me retrieve my driver's license and credit card which I dropped into a very small Center first rate! I went to the center to see if anyone could help me retrieve my driver's license and credit card which I dropped into a very small slit next to the emergency brake. Jet was amazing -- he was able to dismantle enough plastic in the console so he could reach in and get the cards. He probably saved me $500 in those 15 minutes because now I don't need to take apart the entire interior.
