Service Center employee JET V makes the entire Service Center first rate! I went to the center to see if anyone could help me retrieve my driver's license and credit card which I dropped into a very small Center first rate! Jet was amazing -- he was able to dismantle enough plastic in the console so he could reach in and get the cards. He probably saved me $500 in those 15 minutes because now I don't need to take apart the entire interior. I was in for a recall on my Genesis 25th of July. A job that was to take no more than 2 hrs. took over 4 hrs. The trailer ( waiting area) had no water, coffee or bathroom. Needless to say I won’t be going back here and will have my daughter take her Hyundai to Roseville. The management needs to pay closer attention to their employees. As the owner of my own business the service rep would have been fired on the spot. More

This dealer was basically dishonest by lying by omission since the day we bought the car. Every time we had to bring it in for work they either deceived or overcharged us. They were unorganized and the loun since the day we bought the car. Every time we had to bring it in for work they either deceived or overcharged us. They were unorganized and the lounge was unkept. I can go on for a long time with a number of complaints of problems but I can just do a comparison with this dealership with the VW dealership which has gone out of business because of their horrible business practices. I regret buying from this dealer. More
