Have used them for years but unfortunately they are constantly under new management and never a familiar face anymore. Mark is amazing! He is patient, knowledgeable, and extremely considerate to the reality of affording the car’s maintenance; but also careful not to sacrifice the inte He is patient, knowledgeable, and extremely considerate to the reality of affording the car’s maintenance; but also careful not to sacrifice the integrity of the car either. I had a lot of things going wrong with the car and it felt like it would never work the same again. That is until Mark came up with a master plan, that also matched every one of my stipulations, priced me out, and then verified every new service with price that came up before performing the actual services. The only surprise I had was how affordable my services were going to be and the really great customer care that was provided to me by Mark. Mark had the car back to me the day I rolled it in and the car is still driving like I first got it! Thank you Mark, for saving my day, week, months, years to come! Knowing that the car is back to itself again and also fixed way under budget just made me whole again! That kind of piece of mind will give me years back to my life! Thank you!
