Their service department was super slow and didn't communicate well about status updates. Another costumer had the same issue but they had their car for a week and didn't relay simple things like an a communicate well about status updates. I took my two cars for recall and they convense me to do alignments on my two cars, they promised me in three hours the service will be done an my cars will be ready.
