The salesman, Ivan Contreras, was extremely professional, patient, knowledgeable and informative, and most importantly, did not try to up-sell, rush, or pressure me in any way. Arthur ("Art") Robinson, and "Ed" in the finance department, were both very professional, helpful and informative as well. This was a very family-friendly, and efficient car buying experience. The Folsom Lake Hyundai dealership is very clean, and the entire staff was very accommodating when I brought along my extended family. This is my eighth new Hyundai purchase, and I will definitely do business with Folsom Lake Hyundai again, as well as refer my family, friends and co-workers to Ivan Contreras for sales. Buying/owning a Hyundai has always been a wise choice for me, but doing business with Folsom Lake Hyundai made the experience even better. The staff was awsome Andrew our salesman went above and beyond what any other sales person from any other dealership we has done for us to get us the best price. Very friendly great customer sevice they did not pressure us in any way and we got the car we wanted without trying to talk us into added features and a week later when I decided I wanted to get my windows tinted gave me a very good deal far cheaper than any other normal tint places would charge.
