My friend and I took a ride out to Folsom to see if I would feel differently after a different customer service experience. I'm so glad I did. Even though they didn't have the color I wanted, we took a test in one they had on the lot, and I bought it less than a week later. Finding "the car" had been a mission for 4 months, so the speed to which I committed was amazing. They were able to trade a car on their lot for a car on the Roseville Hyundai lot, and also price match so I never had to deal with those awful sales people up there again. I got a good deal, and the whole process was done in under 2 hours. I also received a few extra perks that other dealers make you pay for (such as GAP insurance). Thanks for making it great guys.
