My wife and I don't go car shopping by choice. We equate it to visiting the dentist...that is until we met Nic. Yes, he was the next guy on the lot whose turn it was to approach arriving customers but Nic quickly and graciously provided us with relaxed but valuable information. His knowledge, style and professionalism took us from reluctant buyers trying to navigate a good transaction to a final sale that both my wife and I were 100% comfortable with. Not easy to do but I am happy to say it is done. The surrounding players at the dealership were consistently helpful even though I was a grumpy customer. Nic anticipated our track to buyership well ahead of where the transaction was. There was no pressure on his part, only answers. We were at the dealership way too long but that was not due to Nic. I know alot about customer service and putting the customer first and Nic checked those boxes over and over. More

Have used them for years but unfortunately they are constantly under new management and never a familiar face anymore. I had a lot of things going wrong with the car and it felt like it would never work the same again. That is until Mark came up with a master plan, that also matched every one of my stipulations, priced me out, and then verified every new service with price that came up before performing the actual services. The only surprise I had was how affordable my services were going to be and the really great customer care that was provided to me by Mark. Mark had the car back to me the day I rolled it in and the car is still driving like I first got it! Thank you Mark, for saving my day, week, months, years to come! Knowing that the car is back to itself again and also fixed way under budget just made me whole again! That kind of piece of mind will give me years back to my life! Thank you!
