Low key, enjoyable, caring employees I brought my 2013 Tucson in for a routine tune-up and like usual, browsed the show room to see the new autos. Sam came over to check in on me and was very knowledgeable about all the new safety features and changes for updated 2016 Tucson's, that I started to really consider an early upgrade! No pressure, lots of time to talk and look at the different models and discuss the new safety technology and look at available models. Everyone at the Folsom Hyundai took great care of me and went out of their way to answer all my questions and concerns and make sure I was comfortable with my somewhat impulsive buying decision! I appreciate Joseph, Sales Manager, Ed, in Financing and the service dept. that always took great care of my first Tucson! More

Very Positive! Dave greeted me right away, which made me think he really wanted to make a sale. Prior to going to the Hyundai lot, I had been on the Toyota and Ford Dave greeted me right away, which made me think he really wanted to make a sale. Prior to going to the Hyundai lot, I had been on the Toyota and Ford lot where the salesmen were nowhere near as enthusiastic. I felt I was treated fairly. I also feel that the value of the car speaks for itself- Dave did a very good job about speaking to my concerns about safety and economy. More

Poor Service Department Sales did not get due bill to service department. Service department did not order the parts and I showed up for my appointment for no reason. I had Sales did not get due bill to service department. Service department did not order the parts and I showed up for my appointment for no reason. I had to go into the dealership 3 times to get information on my part being installed. In total it took over 2 weeks to get the work done for products I already paid for. There is a real breakdown on the process from Sales to Service and Service to Parts. I don't know if I want to go back to Hyundai Service at Folsom Lake. More

The salesmen and managers always followed up with me and tried to suit all of my needs. Sam and Art are very friendly. My experience with the finance dept. however was not so great. They did not write up the contract for the deal we agreed upon. Luckily I caught it before signing the contract. Make sure you always check your contracts carefully before signing. More
