Their service department was super slow and didn't communicate well about status updates. Another costumer had the same issue but they had their car for a week and didn't relay simple things like an a communicate well about status updates. I was sold a car that started malfunctioning less than 20 hours after leaving the lot. I was told it would be picked up and a loaner delivered, then there was no loaner available and I needed to drop off the hours after leaving the lot. I had to fight to be provided a loaner and it took over a month for the dealership to “fix” my car. When I asked to get a different car on the lot so I would feel confident in my purchase I was told no. The car’s warranty was touted, but it seems a certified ore-one’d car should h have caught major issues before it was sold. Try a Roseville first!! More
