We had started out writing me up on a Silver Tucson and I wasn't thrilled about the color or the look of the vehicle. It wasn't what I wanted. Sam came back after crunching numbers and I nervously told him that I didn't like the car after all his work. Instead of being frustrated he listened to what I wanted and happily went and found a vehicle at the Roseville location. He even drove in the middle of rush hour traffic to pick up the vehicle for me. Everything was explained thoroughly and he made sure I loved my new vehicle. He was there very late to deliver the car to me. I previously worked in the car industry for 8 years and this was by far the best experience purchasing a vehicle. He was not pushy, he listened to all my needs, and made sure I was happy with my purchase. My mom has purchased a vehicle at this store as well and we will highly recommend you all. Thank you! More
