Happy 😊 Harley approached me when I first pulled in and was very personable. He asked me what I needed done today and I told him how i looking for a new car. Harley approached me when I first pulled in and was very personable. He asked me what I needed done today and I told him how i looking for a new car. He asked if I had anything in mind and I said the veloster. We took it out and I loved it. He tried what he could to get me that car but it was just out of my budget. Plus I didn't have credit or someone to consign. He didn't come back to me with complete bad news, he showed me the new version of my old car and it was in my price range. I was very pleased that he did show me my new car. He even came in on his day off to help me set up trading in my old car, he had my new car cleaned and filled up with gas. Ed was quick with all the paperwork even though I didn't bring in all the correct papers he explained to me what I needed. Harley helped me print out the appropriate papers (like proof of residence) I believe they went above and beyond to help me get a new car. I really didn't think i'd be able to get a new one. More
