I needed a car ASAP!! I called on a Wednesday night right before closing requiring about a car I been wanting. It was the year and color I been wanting. The nice lady name I called on a Wednesday night right before closing requiring about a car I been wanting. It was the year and color I been wanting. The nice lady name May took all my information over the phone and said they will call me in the morning letting me know if I was approved or not. She told me she was going to pray that I get approved for the car. I was telling her I wasn't for sure if I would because of my Bankruptcy. To make a long story short. Her and my prayer worked. I was approved that morning!! When I went in to pick up my beautiful car May and Andrew was so kind and very helpful in person. It was like we been knowing each other for years!! Amazing experience I went to Folsom Lake Hyundai with my niece to look into purchasing a new car (Sonata) since her Hyundai Elantra was unfortunately just totaled by the I went to Folsom Lake Hyundai with my niece to look into purchasing a new car (Sonata) since her Hyundai Elantra was unfortunately just totaled by the insurance company. When we arrived, Shawna greeted us and was very friendly, calm and relaxed. She didn't start in with any sales tactics or high pressure - which I very much appreciate. Shawna was extremely nice and helpful showing us the different models of the Sonata along with the various features/options - yet still no pressure at all. However just to set the tone, we were very upfront with Shawna and told her that we don't plays games and that we would be fair with them on a price provided they were fair with us in return. Shawna said it wouldn't be problem at all given Folsom Lake Hyundai is not about high pressure and/or games. Needless to say, we came to a swift agreement on the price of a new 2017 Sonata SE Sport. However, while in the process of doing the paperwork for my nieces new car, we recognized Sam. He sold my niece her Elantra back in 2013. Sam was so nice and helpful back in 2013 and we were very happy to have him be a part of this deal again. I can honestly say I have never worked with such wonderful group of people on a car deal. Everyone from the manager, sales, finance, and etc., were so extremely pleasant and helpful. They all worked very hard to make sure this deal happened in a professional yet pleasant manner. Typically purchasing a new car can be very stressful given the games and high pressure most people experience, however Folsom Lake Hyundai made sure that was NOT our experience at all. May Clough is the best! My husband and I went to Folsom Lake Hyundai just to look. I knew what car I wanted but was planning to just gather information and then go back to a My husband and I went to Folsom Lake Hyundai just to look. I knew what car I wanted but was planning to just gather information and then go back to a dealer outside the area that I had used a few years ago. May met us in the parking lot and asked if we wanted to do a test drive. She was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful but not at all pushy. As a matter of fact, I did not even realize that she was a sales person. To make a very long story short, we bought our new car from Folsom Lake Hyundai all because of our experience with May. She was incredible about keeping in touch - again without being pushy! She even answered her phone on her day off! Thank you, May, for such a great experience!!! More
