Since there were no such vehicles on the lot, they were able to give me similar savings on an upgraded vehicle. They located the vehicle in the exact color I was looking for and gave me the savings and discounts I was seeking in a much better vehicle than I anticipated at that price point. Car buying made easy When my husband and I arrived we were greeted by Larry. At first he was a little rough around the edges, but as we talked more he loosened up. We knew exactly what we were there to buy, a Hyundai Tucson. We originally thought the Tucson SE was for us, but once we viewed it on the lot, it was very underwhelming. We looked at the next model up, the SE Plus and were pleasantly surprised with the features. We took it for a test drive and loved the ride. After returning to the dealership we got down to business to discuss numbers. I was only going to buy the new car if the dealership was going to pay off my trade-in. So after assessing my car, we came to an agreement on the trade in amount. Then the negotiatons began on the price of the Tucson. The first amount presented was unrealistic and did not match the price we found the car the was worth on True Car. So we walked out. Larry came out to let us know they were going to talk to the "big boss" and see what he could do to lower the price. We sat back down and were presented with a much better offer. After a little more discussion we came to an agreeable price. I feel we got a very fair deal on a beautiful car with all the bells and whistles. Damien, who helped us with all the paperwork, was organized and had all the paperwork printed out and ready to go. My only complaint with the whole process is my car was not washed or detailed when we drove it off the lot, despite being told that it was. The outside was dusty and the inside had fingerprints and dust as well. But overall, we would recommend Folsom Lake Hyundai to anyone looking to buy a new Hyundai. More

We usually just went with the prius but this time I went to a Hyundai store to see what was new I had never seen the ionic before or even heard of it. We usually just went with the prius but this time I went to a Hyundai store to see what was new and the salesperson Harley was awesome and totally sold me on the car. It is a all around better car that I didn't even know existed. In actually glad Harley could shine the light on all of the great things this car had to offer. Wonderful experience! More

Folsom Lake Hyundai Review Compared to many of the other dealerships I have dealt with in purchasing a new car, I would say Hyundai is a little above average. What I appreciated Compared to many of the other dealerships I have dealt with in purchasing a new car, I would say Hyundai is a little above average. What I appreciated was the staff member was informative and helpful but not hardsell. I never appreciate switch and bait tactics and when the manager came out, I felt apprehensive and, ultimately, it bore out that he was a little less than honest and forthright. However, once he retracted his efforts to add an additional $400 to the price (not in the original proposal), things went smoothly. I especially appreciated the finance rep. He was thorough, but quick and not hardsell. I never appreciate when dealerships keep a customer an unnecessary amount of time. Once a deal is reached, the sell should proceed quickly. I found that Hyundai was pretty good about moving things along. More
