She answered all questions we had and located the correct color car we wanted with the options we wanted. All of the high reviews we give are based on our interactions with her. The business manager who processed our paperwork was also very professional. We did not care for the sales manager, Steve, who did not listen to our needs, pestering us again and again about leasing, even though we told him we wanted to buy the car outright. Then, he quoted us the WRONG price, because he figured the numbers based on a LEASE, which we never wanted! If it wasn't for Rachel, who smoothed things over with us after the bait and switch incorrect pricing from Steve, we would have left and not purchased this car. Maybe some people enjoy that "good ol' boy" 1960s alpha-male sales approach, but we did not. More
