The entire staff at Folsom Lake Hyundai made our experience memorable. As a matter of fact, we intended to only test drive the vehicle we wanted and go somewhere else to test drive another type of vehicle. Instead, because we felt so comfortable and had a such a good experience with Harley and the staff that we decided to purchase our car there. This was before they gave us a great deal that we could not pass up. I would recommend Folsom Lake Hyundai to anyone that wanted a great deal and a pleasant car shopping experience. More

Rachel is an excellent salesperson Rachel was an extremely thorough and knowledgeable salesperson. We bought this car based on our interaction with her. She answered all questions we had and located the correct color car we wanted with the options we wanted. All of the high reviews we give are based on our interactions with her. The business manager who processed our paperwork was also very professional. We did not care for the sales manager, Steve, who did not listen to our needs, pestering us again and again about leasing, even though we told him we wanted to buy the car outright. Then, he quoted us the WRONG price, because he figured the numbers based on a LEASE, which we never wanted! If it wasn't for Rachel, who smoothed things over with us after the bait and switch incorrect pricing from Steve, we would have left and not purchased this car. Maybe some people enjoy that "good ol' boy" 1960s alpha-male sales approach, but we did not. More
